At MANCUP INDUSTRIES, we specialize in the production of polystyrene since 2007. Based in the Rhône-Alpes region, our modern factory is equipped with high-performance machinery capable of producing up to 200 m³ per day of recycled or new polystyrene beads, classified as M1 fire-resistant.

Our polystyrene beads are packaged in ultra-resistant bags or boxes, available in volumes from 5 to 500 liters, or delivered by trailer truck for larger needs. These versatile beads are suitable for many applications:

• Filling of bean bags, poufs, cushions, and chairs
• Lightweight concrete in the construction sector
• Thermal and acoustic insulation for floors, walls, facades, roofs, and attics
• Insulation of pipes against cold or heat

We also offer a professional filling service for your bean bags, as well as deliveries in full trucks.
