Shipping your order

We usually ship packages within 2 working days after receiving your payment. Each package is shipped from our factory and accompanied by a tracking number, allowing you to track its progress in real time. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, a tracking link will be sent to you by email.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include:

• Preparation and packaging costs.
• Transportation costs.

For an optimal experience, we advise you to group all your items into one order, in order to reduce costs and simplify management.

IMPORTANT: Delivery in large quantity

For any order exceeding 200 liters, delivery will be made in several shipments. For more information on delivery terms, please contact us below.
